The man behind this cheap indian printing company Gaurav Mahajan (G and A International) is a fraudulent dealer. He uses various forms of ways to extract money from people and if one is not smart you will succumb to these acts assuming they were simple fatalities in the process of working with him.
Be very careful, for if one robs you or your business in India you will be guaranteed no support by their embassies, no support by the Delhi police where Gaurav Mahajan (G and A International) is based, and no support from any other diplomats or authorities.
Before we encountered we had one or two complaints from others that were aware of him, but at the same time we were also recommended by a mutual colleague who was currently working with Gaurav Mahajan (G & A International). The friends that recommended him was fairly happy with his services and was also a relative of a member of our group, but that was for the moment.
We then began dialogue with Gaurav Mahajan (G and A International), the negotiations and arrangements for putting a deal together took quite some time, until it came to the payment process. After paying Gaurav Mahajan (G & A International) he then started to inform us about his miscalculations of the delivery costs, and how he was unaware that delivery from Delhi will cost more than Mumbai as it is not by the sea. Can you believe he is telling his he didn't know this?
So any other deal for delivery was too expensive, or would have taken too long to reach us, when we decided to demand our money back, he then informed us, that the colleague that put us intouch owes him money and we should get our money of them, we were dissatisfied with this, but we thought to save hassle let's just do it.
After contacting them, we later found out that Gaurav Mahajan (G and A International) had tried to extract money from them and their account through fraudulent ways, and when he failed he tried to charge them extra for delivery without showing them the receipt. His failure to do this meant they weren't going to pay him extra for some bogus charges as that was not the delivery he originally quoted, as he has done with ours.
We then returned to him, and said, we do not with to get in the middle of your disputes, please simply return our money yourself. By this time we were in early March. Gaurav Mahajan (G and A International) refused to return our money until the mutual colleague paid these bogus charges. As she didn't wish to get in the middle of our business and his, she paid it to clear the path in March. We later on found out that the dispute had been going on long before we paid him, and infact he only gave us affordable rates in order lure our money out of us.
Gaurav Mahajan (G and A International) then held onto our money refusing to pay it, and then began making excuses that the banks will not pay the money. He made these excuses all the way until June. Every week was a different reason. What made June different is we contacted individuals in india who began to pressure him.
Gaurav Mahajan (G and A International) owed our company $2385. This might be small or big to some, however we hope it is the principle of the matter that is acknowledged. before Gaurav Mahajan (G & A International) paid this money back, he claimed to deduct $50 for bank transfer charges. Then later claimed to deduct another $100 for order cancellations. At anytime we showed discomfort, he would then go silent until we emailed him and agreed.
the left him claiming to pay us $2235. Later he said the dollar had depreciated and that he would have to only pay $2100. For a good number of weeks he continued making excuses, until recently where he started asking us have we been paid. And when he did, he had only paid $1900. Gaurav Mahajan (G and A International) stole $300 of our money simply by doing nothing for us, and the email he sent us as proof, showed that ever since he stole our money in February, he made no attempts to repay it, until June, proving all those excuses about his bank not sending the money was lies.
There is a lot more to this story that will showed how devious this man was, but our missing is to simply inform you to be away to stay away from Gaurav Mahajan (G and A International) and his fraudulent company. The others who we got intouch with never receive their money back, we are just lucky to have had one or two people able to pressure him in India. And this blog has been posted for the $300 stolen from us and will remain until he pays it.
We will advise anyone to look to china if you want cheap printing cost, Gaurav Mahajan (G and A International), the banks and the authorities in India, have proven then will show no concerns for any foreign buyers even if you are robbed and had the full details of the thief. Below are all his contact details. He is not a runaway thief and he doesn't need to be, because authorities in India will gladly receive your complaints and information and do nothing about the situation. So all we can do is warm you in advance, it is a world of internet and surely this blog will do more good than harm.
What Miss West Africa has been writing is just one side of the story.
ReplyDeleteFirst of all, if we would have been thieves we would have not returned the money in first instance.
Mr. Nana from Miss West Africa had placed an order and paid us advance money to execute the same. After realizing that the freight cost by Air would be too high, he cancelled the order and asked us to refund the money which we did after deducting bank charges to and fro and set up cost which any company around the world would do in a justified manner.
Don’t be mislead by Miss West Africa’s blog as we are a reputed Indian Company since decades and we are proud to be the same. You may check our accreditations and recommendations at www.gamaindia.com and contact me directly at info@gamaindia.com and mobile: +91-9897056177. We have infinite no. of satisfied customers around the globe.
Thieves don’t have addresses. Authorities around the globe only take action if one is guilty. Don’t be mislead by stupid and unscrupulous African Companies who have been infamous and notoriously known since centuries.
It took over four months of challenging G & A for OUR money before they returned it, during this time we experienced a lot of avoidance, Gaurav shouting back at us, and demanding we get our money back from another one of his clients.
ReplyDeleteGaurav promised us the cost of shipping which was affordable to us at the time. After we paid him his money, he then returned to us as if he has just realise where he lived then proposed a freight cost that was out of our budget, almost twice as much as the job. Any normal person will enquire about shipping costs. But Gaurav porposely did this to lure us into paying him before changing the costs, his excuse was because he lives in Dehli, the cost of shipping is more than if he had lived in mumbai. The question is did he not know where he lived before requesting our money and giving us the cost of freight. After giving us the correct amount to be paid, to believe he then charges us to get our money back. A charge between 200-300 dollars.
We assume that you will be able to tell how he characterises "stupid and unscrumpulous 'African' companies" what sort of business relationship you should expect from this thug. Trust me, once you have been duped by him you should not expect much help from authorities. Work with them at your own risk, but don't say you did not read this.
If you think they have infinite satisfied customers please do message you, because even the person that put us intouch with them can also give you their side of the story which he used another technique to rob them to.
